肾结石合并肾癌较少见,我院收治3例,现报告如下: 例1 女,47岁。间歇性腰腹部疼痛伴血尿1年余,发现左上腹部肿块3个月就诊,体检:左上腹可触及一质软肿块,压痛,较固定,左肾区叩痛。B超提示左肾结石并重度积水。X线腹部卧位平片示左肾影增大,其中有一鹿角形结石,结石下方见3、4个团状密度增高影,密度不均匀,形似“麻饼”,立位片表现为3、4个含钙液面。排泄性尿路造影:左肾未显影,右侧尿路显示正常。术中所见:左肾积水约2000ml,肾盂输尿管交界处

Excretory urography: left kidney was not developed, the right urinary tract showed normal. Intraoperative findings: left renal hydrops about 2000ml, ureteropelvic junction
