Recently, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the “Interim Measures for the People’s Scholarship for Students in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning” and the “Trial Measures for the People’s Scholarship for Students in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning”.
