目的分析甘肃省定西市安定区法定传染病流行趋势及影响因素,为制定传染病防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析1961─2014年定西市安定区传染病疫情资料。结果 1961─2014年定西市安定区共报告乙类传染病118 281例,年平均发病率615.59/10万,死亡846例,死亡率4.40/10万,总病死率0.72%;发病前五位的病种分别为痢疾、麻疹、乙型肝炎、百日咳和肺结核病;疾病构成中肠道传染病占首位,共报告61 937例、占52.36%;免疫规划前乙类传染病发病率高于实施免疫规划后(χ2=98 471.04,P<0.01);1995年将肺结核病纳入乙类传染病,2000─2009年与1990─1999年发病率相比有上升趋势(χ2=440.04,P<0.01),但2010─2014年与2000─2009年相比发病率下降(χ2=882.62,P<0.01)。结论甘肃省定西市安定区乙类传染病发病率和死亡率均呈下降趋势,结核病发病稳居高位,应加强健康教育干预控制发病率,以降低传染病总发病率,实施免疫规划是控制乃至消灭传染病的主要措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological trend and influencing factors of notifiable infectious diseases in Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies of infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in Anding district, Dingxi City from 1961 to 2014. Results A total of 118,281 cases of group B infectious diseases were reported in Anding District, Dingxi City from 1961 to 2014 with an average annual incidence of 615.59 / 100 000, 846 deaths and a mortality rate of 4.40 / 100 000 with a total case fatality rate of 0.72%. The top five The cases were dysentery, measles, hepatitis B, whooping cough and tuberculosis. The most common intestinal infectious diseases accounted for 61 937 cases (52.36%). Conclusion The morbidity and mortality of B infectious diseases in Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province all showed a decreasing trend. The incidence of tuberculosis was at a high level. The morbidity of health education intervention should be strengthened to reduce the overall incidence of infectious diseases. The main measures to eliminate infectious diseases.
