本文内容分两方面。一方面通过对国内、外关于镀层结合强度测试方法的介绍及使用分析,在综合“OLLard”测试法和拉销测试法的基础上而提出一种新的测试方法——压销测试法。另一方面,通过柴油机主要磨损零件的受力状况及工作条件的分析推算,并结合国内、外关于镀铁层结合强度的测试数据统计分析,而提出镀铁层结合强度的测试标准大致分三类:一类是对受一般性载荷的零件,要求其结合强度为1000~1500公斤/厘米~2;二类是对承受周期性交变载荷的零件,要求其结合强度为2000~2500公斤/厘米~2;三类是对承受周期性冲击载荷的零件,要求其结合强度为3000公斤/厘米~2以上。
This article is divided into two aspects. On the one hand, through introducing and using the analysis method of bonding strength test both at home and abroad, a new test method, pinch test, is put forward on the basis of “OLLard” test method and pull-pull test method. On the other hand, through the analysis and calculation of the stress conditions and working conditions of the main wear parts of diesel engine, combined with the statistical analysis of the test data of the bonding strength of domestic and foreign iron plating, the test standard of bonding strength of iron plating is proposed roughly divided into three Category: one is subject to the general load of the parts, requiring a combination of strength of 1000 to 1500 kg / cm ~ 2; the second category is to withstand cyclical alternating load parts, requiring a combination of strength of 2000 ~ 2500 kg / cm ~ 2; three is to withstand periodic impact load parts, requiring the bonding strength of 3000 kg / cm ~ 2 or more.
