杨某女 24岁农民 1985年2月1日就诊。患者产后结扎术三天,即感后下肢酸痛重着,日益加剧。西医诊断:坐骨神经痛,曾服中药八珍丸、八珍益母丸,虎潜丸,效果不显。症见:发热,汗出而粘,心烦溺黄,渴不思饮,恶心欲呕,脘闷纳呆,舌红有瘀点,苔黄腻,脉弦滑数。辨为湿热痹阻经脉,治以清热除湿,宣通脉络。处方:苍术12克黄柏10克牛膝10克苡仁30克木瓜10克土茯苓15克通草10克丝瓜络10克伸筋草10克鲜忍冬藤60克土鳖甲5克。三剂。
