氢能源符合新工业革命所倡导的分布式能源生产与利用方式的各项特征,我国在转变能源结构和开展节能减排过程中,需要充分发挥氢能源的作用。今年6月,日本产业经济省发布了到2040年的“氢社会”战略路线图。同月底,日本内阁通过了修订后的《新成长战略》以及长期政策蓝图,其中建立“氢社会”与普及氢燃料电池车的政策占据重要位置。这一系列重大举措正逐步勾勒出日本“氢社会”战略的轮廓。赛迪方略地区经济研究中心主任黄磊对本刊记者表示:“氢能源符合新工业革命所倡2
Hydrogen energy is in line with the characteristics of the distributed energy production and utilization mode advocated by the new industrial revolution. In transforming energy structure and carrying out energy conservation and emission reduction in our country, we need to give full play to the role of hydrogen energy. In June this year, Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry released a strategic road map for ”hydrogen society“ to 2040. At the end of the same month, the Japanese cabinet passed a revised ”new growth strategy“ and a long-term policy blueprint in which the establishment of ”hydrogen-based society“ and the policy of popularizing hydrogen fuel cell vehicles occupy an important position.
