在中职烹饪教学中,培养学生的创新能力是非常重要的。因此教师要转变自身的教学观念,改变自身的教学方法,不断增强学生的学习兴趣。同时,中职烹饪教师要从饮食市场的需求出发,不断提高毕业生的就业竞争力。从中职烹饪教学现状着手,重点分析了“创新思维在中职烹饪教学中的应用”问题,力求通过努力,为相关人员提供可借鉴的依据。
In secondary vocational cooking teaching, cultivating students’ ability to innovate is very important. Therefore, teachers should change their own teaching concepts, change their own teaching methods, and constantly enhance students’ interest in learning. At the same time, secondary vocational teachers should start from the needs of the catering market, and continuously improve the employment competitiveness of graduates. Starting from the status quo of cooking teaching in secondary vocational schools, this paper focuses on the issue of “the application of innovative thinking in secondary vocational school cooking teaching”, and strives to provide reference for related personnel through hard work.
