利用电生理技术对棉铃虫、烟青虫雌成虫在几种常见植物挥发性次生物质下的触角电位反应进行了研究 ,结果表明 :棉铃虫、烟青虫通过嗅觉作用寻找适宜寄主都存在一定的有效范围。二者对几种常见植物挥发性次生物质的触角电位反应有一定的相似性 ,但烟青虫的触角灵敏度更高。由此证明 ,烟青虫的触角嗅觉在寄主选择中起的作用比棉铃虫的更重要 ,也更专化。
The electrophysiological techniques were used to study the responses of the female adults of Helicoverpa armigera and tobacco budworm to the tentative potential responses of several common plant volatile secondary metabolites. The results showed that both the H. armigera and the tobacco budworm were effective in finding appropriate hosts through olfactory effects range. The two have some similarities to the tentorial potential responses of several common plant volatile secondary metabolites, but the antenna sensitivity of tobacco budworm is higher. This proves that the role of antennal angle of tobacco budworm in host selection is more important and more specialized than that of cotton bollworm.
