将非圆曲线不经过任何处理就直接用于生成NC代码,会导致代码数量大和曲线加工不光滑的问题。提出先使用UG的简化曲线的功能把非圆曲线简化成一系列彼此相切的圆弧,然后再利用圆弧生成NC代码。此方法可明显减少NC代码数量和提高曲线加工质量。
The non-circular curve without any treatment directly used to generate NC code, will lead to a large number of codes and curve processing is not smooth problem. Put forward the use of UG simplified curve function of non-circular curve is simplified into a series of arc tangent to each other, and then use the arc generated NC code. This method can significantly reduce the number of NC codes and improve the curve processing quality.
