民族语译制是解决少数民族文化和汉文化的认同与沟通的重要途径。本文将译制作为一种文化系统,从政府部门、译制人员、受众三方面分析了其参与系统生产、传播和消费过程中创造的文化价值。笔者从官方资料入手,结合国家政策和译制规范梳理了新疆巴州蒙语影视译制的译制格局现状及问题,再结合深度访谈,以新疆少数民族受众对蒙语影视译制产品的接受分析为切入视角,对其传播格局进行了审视与思考,通过发现和治理巴州蒙语影视译制存在的问题,为我国民族语译制建设中出现的共性问题提供决策依据。
The translation of ethnic languages is an important way to solve the problem of identification and communication between ethnic cultures and Han culture. In this paper, translation as a cultural system, from the government departments, the interpreter, the audience analysis of the three involved in the system of production, transmission and consumption of cultural values created. Starting from the official data, the author combs the status quo and problems of the translation pattern of Mongolian films and TV programs in Bazhou, Xinjiang, in combination with the national policies and translation standards. Combined with the in-depth interviews, the author takes the acceptance analysis of Mongolian films and TV programs for the minority audiences in Xinjiang as an example , And explored and thought about its communication pattern. By discovering and managing the existing problems in the film and television translation of Bavarian Mongolian language, it provided the decision-making basis for the common problems that appeared in the process of the translation of Chinese nationality.
