目前,绝大多数关于创业企业的分析,是将重点放在创业与经济发展及创业管理上,而在对创业企业的定义、创业企业的类型及创业企业的治理结构分析上还有许多不完善之处。传统的关于企业治理结构的理论过多的将重点放在物质资本的权力安排上,而忽视了人力资本的作用,从而引起了企业内人力资本与物质资本对抗的内耗,增大了创业企业的治理成本,从而也制约了创业企业的发展。目前关于企业法人治理结构的研究多局限于静止的层面,缺乏从动态上、从创业企业发展的不同阶段来研究企业治理结构的演变。本论文补充与完善了企业治理结构问题的研究。
