目前中国常规的水基压裂液体系用稠化剂羟丙基瓜尔胶水不溶物含量高,对地层伤害大,迫切需要开发一种低残渣含量的新型低伤害压裂液用稠化剂。实验室对压裂液用增稠剂进行了改性,考察了改性稠化剂的耐盐性能、耐酸碱性等特点。该压裂体系与常规压裂体系相比粘度较高、破胶后残渣含量少,对地层伤害小,本研究对低渗透油层的压裂开采具有重要的意义。
At present, the conventional water-based fracturing fluid system uses thickening agent hydroxypropyl guar gum with high content of insoluble matter and high damage to the formation, and urgently needs to develop a new thickener with low residue content and low damage fracturing fluid. Laboratory thickener for the fracturing fluid was modified to study the modified thickener salt resistance, acid and alkali resistance and other characteristics. Compared with the conventional fracturing system, the fracturing system has higher viscosity, less gel residue and less damage to the formation. This study is of great significance to fracturing and exploiting the low permeability reservoirs.
