通过分组教学实验,从技术学习、理论掌握、解决问题能力等方面,对体育院校本科短跑课程研究型教学改革的效果进行了研究。认为研究型教学对于短跑技术的改进具有显著效果,但在本次实验中与接受型教学效果的差异没有达到统计学的显著水平;与接受型教学相比,研究型教学在短跑相关理论知识的掌握,以及提高学生动手解决问题能力方面,具有显著的效果;更重要的是在培养大学本科生的自主研究精神以及创新思维方面,具有积极的意义。
Through group teaching experiment, from the aspects of technology study, theory mastery, problem solving and so on, the effect of research teaching reform of undergraduate sprint course in physical education institutes is studied. It is considered that research-based teaching has a significant effect on the improvement of sprint technology, but the difference between the experimental teaching and receiving-type teaching does not reach a statistically significant level. Compared with the receiving-type teaching, research- Mastery and improve students ability to solve problems, has a significant effect; more importantly, in cultivating undergraduate independent research spirit and innovative thinking, has a positive meaning.
