新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合)制度是以解决农村居民看病就医问题为宗旨而建立的一项基本医疗保障制度。该制度建设经过了试点和全面推进阶段,现已经实现了在农村地区的全面覆盖。虽然这一制度目前已初步得到了农民的认可,并促进了农村卫生服务资源的利用和农民健康状况的改进,但还存在着公共卫生滞后,乡、村两级医疗服务能力弱,医疗费用高等问题,需要进一步完善和提高。
The new rural cooperative medical system (hereinafter referred to as NCMS) is a basic medical security system set up to solve the problem of seeking medical treatment of rural residents.
