医院在加强精神文明建设中应该牢固树立社会主义荣辱观。广大医院职工应当注重把爱国之心化为报国之行;牢牢记住以“救死扶伤”、“一切为了患者”是自己的天职;在救死扶伤的本职工作中,还应该破除某些患者及其家属的迷信思想;医院职工应辛勤劳动以掌握专业知识和技能,以及驾御各种现代化设施的技术本领;全院所有职工一定要牢固树立集体主义观念,团结互助,并肩战斗,克服前进中的困难;医院应该建立起诚信体系,营造诚信为本的医院文化氛围;增强职工抵制商业贿赂的自觉性和廉洁从业的意识,自觉抵制不正之风;形成以廉为荣、以贪为耻的良好风尚。
In strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization, hospitals should firmly establish the socialist concept of honor and disgrace.
