建立政府采购制度是我们国家财政体制改革一项重要内容 ,世界各国对其本国的政府采购也都非常重视。世界经济一体化的今天 ,我们国家加入WTO在即 ,借鉴国外的经验做法 ,建立我国的政府采购制度 ,是适应世界经济发展趋势的必然举措。完善的政府采购制度不仅可以提高财政资金的使用效率 ,优化资源配置 ,增强政府采购活动的公平性、公开性、公正性 ,还可以藉此让更多的本国企业走出国门 ,参与国际领域的政府采购活动 ,从而提高国际竞争力
