DSA电极的失效依然制约着其在强电解领域的应用。本文通过了热分解法制备了长效Ti/IrMnO_2/RuIrSnO_2电极。采用SEM、EDX、XRD、强化寿命等测试手段对IrMnO_2中间层和RuIrSnO_2活性层进行表征。结果表明,IrMnO_2中间层结构致密,具有较好的电化学稳定性。而IrMnO_2中间层的引入延长了Ti/IrMnO_2/RuIrSnO_2的服役寿命。这是因为IrMnO_2中间层的致密性,可以屏蔽电解质溶液在涂层内部缝隙扩散的路径,减小Ti基体被钝化的机率。
The failure of DSA electrode still restricts its application in the field of strong electrolysis. In this paper, a long-term Ti / IrMnO 2 / RuIrSnO 2 electrode was prepared by thermal decomposition. The IrMnO 2 interlayer and RuIrSnO 2 active layer were characterized by SEM, EDX, XRD and life-extension test. The results show that the interlayer of IrMnO_2 is compact and has good electrochemical stability. The introduction of IrMnO 2 interlayer prolongs the service life of Ti / IrMnO 2 / RuIrSnO 2. This is because the denseness of the IrMnO 2 interlayer can shield the diffusion path of the electrolyte solution in the gap inside the coating and reduce the probability of deactivation of the Ti matrix.
