微量合金元素Nb对控制轧制WX60石油天然气输送管线用钢显示有效的强化作用。通过透射电镜复型技术、定量金相、X光荧光分析详细研究了三种不同工艺的A,B,C,WX60钢中铌的碳氮化物的析出和溶解行为。 结果表明:析出颗粒体积分数C钢是0.0226,B钢是0.01825,A钢是0.0079。沉淀物中铌和铁的比例A钢是10,B,C,钢分别是12,14。C钢屈强比为0.72,较A,B钢符合要求。在卷曲温度为600℃,冷却速度为10℃/s的条件下,Nb[C、N]的析出量比其它条件的要大。
Nb, an alloying element, has been shown to be effective in controlling rolled steel for the WX60 oil and gas pipeline. The precipitation and dissolution behaviors of niobium carbonitride in A, B, C and WX60 steels of three different processes were investigated in detail by transmission electron microscopy, quantitative metallography and X-ray fluorescence analysis. The results show that the volume fraction of precipitated particles C steel is 0.0226, B steel is 0.01825, A steel is 0.0079. The ratio of niobium to iron in the precipitate A steel is 10, B, C, steel respectively 12,14. C steel yield ratio of 0.72, A, B steel to meet the requirements.
