现行运输指标体系严重老化，缺少运输产值统计指标和经济效益统计指标。作者对此提出改革指标体系的原则和设想，使之由现行生产型统计向生产经营型统计转变。
The current transport index system is seriously deteriorating, lacking the statistical indicators of transport output value and the economic benefit statistics. The author puts forward the principle and tentative plan of the index system of reform so that it will change from the current production-type statistics to the production-and-management-type statistics.
