为有效控制爆破飞石距离,提高露天矿山爆破作业的安全性,从边排孔偏差的角度,分析边排孔偏差发生原因,应用偏差距离对孔位进行描述.通过调整边排孔a以及第二排相邻钻孔b、钻孔c装药量的方式进行爆破效果优化.对提出的装药量方案进行数值模拟,比较各方案应力分布曲线与设计孔位应力分布曲线的相对误差,进而确定最优方案.应用最小二乘法拟合装药量与偏差距离间的关系.研究结果表明:边排孔偏差距离为δ时,确定了钻孔a、钻孔b、钻孔c三钻孔最优装药量方案,此方案可有效提高爆破作业安全性.
