研究新红4号、新红7号、云红2号3种红花的抑菌作用。分别采用水提法和醇取法提取红花有效成分,以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌、铜绿假单胞菌为供试菌,利用滤纸片扩散法测定3种红花的水提物和醇提物的抑菌作用,并用2倍稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。醇提物中云红2号醇提物对铜绿假单胞菌的抑制作用较明显、MIC为62.5 mg/m L;水提物中新红4号水提物对5种菌的抑制作用都很明显、其对大肠杆菌的MIC为62.5 mg/m L,新红7号水提物对除金黄色葡萄球菌之外的4种菌有很好的抑制作用、其对大肠杆菌的MIC为125mg/m L。 The antibacterial activities of three kinds of safflower, Xinhong 4, Xinhong 7 and Yunhong 2 were studied.
