历经十三年磨砺,见证了中国市场经济的艰难转型;饱经风风雨雨,刻录着各方利益角逐,让每一位身负重任的立法者谨慎细致、字斟句酌的《反垄断法》在今年终于夺目亮剑;明年八月一日实施,届时我们可以理直气壮地对垄断行为说“不”!其实,我们热盼《反垄断法》,是在关心我国推进经济民主的进程,关注打破行政垄断的行动,渴望破除市场壁垒后的公平,把企业和民众美好的愿景和诉求变成现实。在《反垄断法》实施之前,本刊编辑部邀请把酒临风、夜雨观澜、金玉其中三位专家就《反垄断法》的热点问题各抒己见。
