以动态光谱分析法研究血红蛋白作为过氧化物酶的催化作用和在胶束及反向胶束中的反应机理 .通过研究反胶束中酶促反应活性中间体 ,即对微环境中的酶 -底物配合物分子光谱行为进行监测 ,发现含血红素的生物大分子在催化过程中具有典型的过氧化物酶特征 .导出催化过程速率方程 ,为酶法分析活性氧分子及血红素衍生物提供化学动力学理论依据 .
