作为一名从事教育科研工作的教师,我一直在思考一个问题:在科研方面,教师到底需要怎样的指导和帮助?2011年,在一次科研培训会的间歇,我和一位中学班主任李老师的简短对话,打开了我困惑已久的心结。我问李老师:“培训后打算研究课题吗?”李老师说:“于老师,我刚接了一个乱班,调皮蛋儿多,学习、纪律、卫生各方面都排在年级后位,前两天又闹事了,正为这事烦心呢。我特别想研究研究怎么管理乱班,可是不知道从何入手,于老师您帮忙指导指导我吧!”“当然可以。”我爽快地答应了,并把电话号码和QQ号留给了李老师。这几句话,引出了我与她共同研究的情缘。
