目的了解武汉市中学生饮食状况的变化和发展趋势,为制定中学生健康促进战略提供参考。方法分别于2003年和2009年使用相同问卷对武汉市中学生的饮食行为状况进行问卷调查,将2次调查的数据分别进行统计,并进行统计学检验。结果 2009年与2003年相比,武汉市中学生的饮食状况没有明显改善,如有58%左右的初中生和55%的高中生不按时吃早餐,仍有超过70%的中学生的中餐及67%的高中生的晚餐营养得不到保证;只有约1/3的中学生每天喝牛奶或豆浆,约1/2的中学生经常吃鸡蛋,仍有近60%的中学生挑食偏食习惯严重,近50%的中学生经常吃零食,25%左右的中学生经常或偶尔节食,仍有28%的初中生口渴时选择饮料等。结论应立即采取有效措施,对中学生及其家长进行健康教育,促进中学生的饮食营养科学化。
Objective To understand the changes and trends of dietary status of middle school students in Wuhan and to provide reference for the development of middle school students’ health promotion strategies. Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate the dietary behaviors of middle school students in Wuhan in 2003 and 2009 respectively. The data of the two surveys were statistically analyzed and statistically tested. Results Compared with 2003, the diet status of middle school students in Wuhan showed no significant improvement. If 58% of junior high school students and 55% of high school students did not eat breakfast on time, more than 70% of middle school students still had Chinese meals and 67% Of high school students have no guarantee of dinner nutrition; only about 1/3 of high school students drink milk or soy milk every day, about 1/2 of high school students often eat eggs, there are still nearly 60% of middle school students picky eaters partial habit, nearly 50% Middle school students often eat snacks, 25% of secondary school students regularly or occasionally dieting, there are still 28% of junior high school students choose to drink when thirsty. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken immediately to promote the health education of middle school students and their parents and to promote the scientific nutrition of middle school students.
