OBJECTIVE To compare the UV spectral line group and anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacological activities of root, stem and leaf of plantain, and provide a reference for the development and utilization of plantain resources. Methods The ultraviolet absorption spectra of the soaking solution of four kinds of solvents such as water, ethanol, chloroform and petroleum ether (60-90 ℃) from root, stem and leaf of plantain were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The number of absorption peak and peak position Analysis and comparison; By xylene-induced mouse ear inflammation and cotton ball granuloma experiment, the weight difference between the left and right mouse ears and mice before and after the tampon as an indicator of differences, observe the banana roots, stems and leaves decoction Anti-inflammatory effect; by taking acetic acid induced chemical stimulation pain induced experiment, the number of writhing in mice within 15min as an indicator to observe the plantain root, stem and leaf decoction analgesic effect. Results There were some differences in the maximum absorption peaks and the peak positions of the plantar roots, stems and leaves in the ultraviolet spectrum, but the plantains and stems were similar. The plantain roots, stems and leaves all have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, but compared with the plantar roots and stems, the plantain leaves have more obvious analgesic effects. Conclusion The root, stem and leaf of plantain contain some similar components, but the similar components of plantain and stem are more, while the composition of plantain is more complicated. The stem and leaf of plantain can be used as alternative resources of plantain in anti-inflammatory and analgesic Conduct in-depth study.
