利用流体分析软件Flowmaster,对某型工程机械的散热系统进行了仿真分析。根据工程机械散热系统原设计结构,结合高原环境特点及该设备在高原环境下散热系统工作状态严重恶化的情况,改进了其散热系统的结构设计,分别建立这两种散热系的仿真分析模型。选择了海拔100m、2900m和4500m以及额定工况和最大扭矩工况等条件,对发动机水温和变矩器油温的变化情况进行了仿真分析。仿真结果与经验和理论分析的结果比较吻合,并依据仿真结果求出了散热系工作时风扇转速与油温变化的关系曲线,完善了发动机的热管理系统的设计。在高原环境下进行了工程机械的实车试验,测试结果验证了仿真结果的有效性。
Flowmaster, a fluid analysis software, was used to simulate the cooling system of a certain type of construction machinery. According to the original design structure of the cooling system of construction machinery, combined with the characteristics of the plateau environment and the severe deterioration of the working condition of the cooling system in the plateau environment, the structural design of the cooling system is improved and the simulation analysis models of the two cooling systems are established respectively. The conditions of 100m, 2900m and 4500m above sea level, as well as the rated conditions and the maximum torque conditions were selected to simulate the changes of engine water temperature and torque converter oil temperature. The simulation results are in good agreement with the results of experience and theoretical analysis. Based on the simulation results, the relationship between the fan speed and the oil temperature during cooling operation is obtained, and the design of engine thermal management system is improved. The actual vehicle test of construction machinery was carried out under the plateau environment. The test results verify the validity of the simulation results.
