报告2例Rh 血型不合引起胎儿严重溶血症的超声所见。例1,37岁,因停经7个月就诊,G_3P_2L_0。前两胎均于7～8个月死胎引产,死因不明。B 超所见:臀位,胎头双顶径8.1cm,肝脏回声明显扩大,腹腔内探及液性暗区,胎盘厚6.7cm,羊水10.6cm。化验检查孕妇血型A,Rh 阴性,丈夫血型B,Rh 阳性,孕妇血清中测到Rh 系统抗体,HLA(+),引产的婴儿腹部膨隆,腹水
