中国制冷学会第三届理事工作会议于1991年13日—14日在北京亚运村五洲大酒店举行。中国制冷学会理事长、商业部副部长傅立民、副理事长孟崇春、洪朝生,吴元炜、赵玉侠、何邦模及来自中央13个部委和全国18个省、市、自治区的理事共69人出席了会议。中国科协组织人事部朱恩来同志和中国商报记者许若冰同志也列席了会议。会议期间,中国制冷学会理事长傅立民同志作了重要讲话,副理事长兼秘书长孟崇春同志作了学会工作报告,副秘书长曹德胜同志作了关于修改学会章程的说明,六个专业委员会的主任或负责人周远。
