伴随服务经济的发展,语言服务及其相关的语言消费得到了学界和业界的关注。南京服务行业的语言调查表明,不同年龄、收入、受教育程度的消费群体在语言消费意识和语言消费意愿等方面存在较为明显的倾向性。因此,从语言服务者的角度看,需要关注多样化的语言消费,满足多层次的语言消费需求;从语言消费者角度看,需要树立正确的语言消费观念,维护包括语言消费在内的消费权利;从相关管理部门来看,需要唤醒民众的语言消费意识,明确语言消费概念及语言服务标准和评价体系,为语言服务者和语言消费者提供良好的行业秩序与技术支持。
With the development of service economy, language services and their related language consumption have drawn the attention of academia and industry. A linguistic survey of service industries in Nanjing shows that consumer groups of different ages, incomes, and educational levels have obvious tendencies in terms of language consumption awareness and language consumption intentions. Therefore, from the perspective of language service, we should pay attention to diversified language consumption and satisfy multi-level language consumption needs. From the point of view of language consumers, we need to establish the correct concept of language consumption and maintain the right to consumption, including language consumption From the perspectives of relevant management departments, it is necessary to awaken public awareness of language consumption, clarify language consumption concepts and language service standards and evaluation systems, and provide good industry order and technical support for language service providers and language consumers.
