TR_(4161)是前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)的甲醇同类物。对其离体豚鼠气管及离体人支气管肌测定气管条的松驰活性的实验结果表明:PGE_1与TR_(4161)的浓度/反应曲线均相平行,在离体豚鼠气管TR_(4161)比PGE_1强2.6倍(0.6~12.5)。心得安对TR_(4161)的松驰性无明显影响,在离体人支气管,TR_(4161)为PGE_1强度的0.52倍。在清醒猫,将TR_(4161)和PGE_1的气雾剂通过窄缝喷入脑室以观察吸入药物后的刺激性。结果表明,两种药物都能引起与剂量相关的呼吸频率的增加。气雾剂贮备液浓度在0.1~500μg/ml时,对支气管刺激性TR_(4161)
