网络舆情对政府的服务活动会产生一定的影响,政府对于网络舆情的应对与处理,也直接影响着政府的形象建设。本文将对网络舆情下的政府服务形象建设的现状进行简要分析,并尝试提出一些应对措施。
Public opinion on the Internet will have a certain impact on the service activities of the government. The government’s response to and handling of online public opinion directly affect the image building of the government. This article will make a brief analysis of the status quo of the government service image under the network public opinion and try to put forward some countermeasures.
