用玻璃微电极细胞内记录方法,对体外培养的人低分化鼻咽癌(CNE-2Z)细胞膜电位及其形成机制的研究结果表明:CNE-2Z细胞膜电位与正常鼻咽上皮细胞相比,负值明显增大(P<0.01),变异系数也大,且分布弥散。CNE-2Z细胞膜电位负值与培养液K~+浓度对数值接近呈反比关系。而培养液Na~+、Ca~(2+)、Cl~-浓度提高时,膜电位无显著改变。提示K~+外流是形成CNE-2Z细胞膜电位的主要离子基础。
The cell membrane potential of CNE-2Z cultured in vitro and its formation mechanism were studied by glass microelectrode intracellular recording method. The results showed that the membrane potential of CNE-2Z cells was significantly lower than that of normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cells Value increased significantly (P <0.01), coefficient of variation was also large, and the distribution of dispersion. The negative value of CNE-2Z cell membrane potential was inversely proportional to the logarithm of concentration of K + in culture medium. However, when the concentration of Na ~ +, Ca ~ (2 +) and Cl ~ - increased, the membrane potential did not change significantly. It is suggested that K ~ + efflux is the main ionic basis for the formation of membrane potential of CNE-2Z cells.
