子宫发育不良往往引起不孕、月经过少或流产,引起完全性植入性胎盘少见,临床常易忽视。现将我院见到的1例报道如下。患者28岁,孕3产0。因孕31周破水4小时于1985年9月16日入院。孕早期无异常,孕4个月有胎动。月经周期正常,但量少,无痛经。25岁结婚,第一胎孕2个月自然流产,第二胎孕80天自然流产。体检:体温37.4℃,脉搏100次/分,血压110/80mmHg,心肺无异常。宫底高度24cm,腹围80cm,胎位右枕前,胎心148次/分,无宫缩,阴道分泌物pH8,可见羊齿状结晶。白细胞13,200/mm~3,中性核80％。

Palace heel height 24cm, abdominal circumference 80cm, fetal right occipital, fetal heart rate 148 times / min, no contractions, vaginal secretions pH8, visible fern-like crystals. White blood cells 13,200 / mm ~ 3, 80% of the neutral nucleus.
