随着互联网和数字化技术的迅猛发展,数字化教学已成为高校教育主要发展趋势。微课程是在互联网时代产生的一种新事物,以其方便、高效、简单、并且以互联为主要载体,受到了高校师生的热烈欢迎。微课程与高校体育教学的结合更是发挥了极大的作用,明显的提高了体育课程的教学效率,通过微课程与体育教学的结合,改变了传统的体育教学模式,缓解了体育教学中的示范难题,开创了一种新颖的教学模式。本文主要分析了当代高校体育教学的现状,突出微课程的优势,以足球项目为例,积极探索体育教学中微课程的设计与应用。期望促进我国高校体育教学和微课程的更好结合,促进我国高校体育教学更好的发展,达到大学生身心和谐发展的目的。
With the rapid development of Internet and digital technology, digital teaching has become the main trend of development in higher education. Micro-curriculum is a new kind of thing that emerges in the Internet era. It is warmly welcomed by teachers and students in colleges and universities because of its convenience, efficiency, simplicity and interconnection as the main carrier. The combination of micro-curriculums and physical education in colleges and universities has played a very significant role in improving the teaching efficiency of PE curriculums. By combining the micro-curriculums and PE teaching, the traditional PE teaching mode has been changed and the physical education teaching has been eased Demonstration problems, creating a new teaching model. This paper analyzes the current situation of PE teaching in contemporary colleges and universities and highlights the advantages of micro-curriculum. Taking the football project as an example, we actively explore the design and application of micro-curriculum in PE teaching. It is expected to promote a better combination of physical education and micro-curriculums in colleges and universities to promote the better development of physical education in colleges and universities and to achieve the harmonious development of college students’ physical and mental health.
