设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的电能质量分析仪校准检测系统,并将其应用于多种电能质量分析仪的校准检测。系统采用LabVIEW编程实现,通过虚拟仪器软件体系(virtual instruments software architecture,VISA)库函数组件、可编程仪器标准命令(standard commands for programmable instruments,SCPI)、仪器自带驱动以及所需的硬件接口卡和数据总线来完成PC机与各相关仪器之间的数据通信。系统功能包括标准源设置、仪器控制和测量数据的存储分析。实验和计算结果表明,该系统可以完成各项电能质量指标的校准检测,在实际校准检测中,显著提高了校准检测的效率,减小了人员误差。
A power quality analyzer calibration and testing system based on virtual instrument technology is designed and applied to the calibration and testing of various power quality analyzers. The system is implemented by LabVIEW programming. The virtual instrument software architecture (VISA) library function components, standard commands for programmable instruments (SCPI), the instrument’s own driver and required hardware interface card and Data bus to complete the PC and the relevant instruments between the data communication. System features include standard source settings, instrument control and measurement data storage and analysis. The experiment and calculation results show that the system can accomplish the calibration test of various power quality indexes. In the actual calibration test, the efficiency of calibration test is significantly improved and the personnel error is reduced.
