史迎奇自2008年担任天津市公安和平分局警务督察支队队长以来,在分局党委和市局警务督察总队的正确领导下,带领全队民警严格依据《公安机关督察条例》,扎实苦干,锐意进取,较好的发挥了督察部门“督促、查纠、防范、保障”的职能作用。在工作中史迎奇同志严于律己、率先垂范、坚持原则、秉公执法,以自身正、自身净、自身硬的实际行动,带出一支过硬的督察队伍。为促进严格、公正、文明执法,改善公安队伍整体形象,维护民警执法权益,做出了贡献;
