【目的】观察橘荔散结丸对子宫肌瘤模型大鼠雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达及组织病理学的影响,探讨橘荔散结丸治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机制。【方法】选用SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,西药对照组(米非司酮,剂量为4.7 mg/kg),中药对照组(桂枝茯苓胶囊,剂量为0.52 g/kg),橘荔散结丸低、中、高剂量组(中药低、中、高剂量组,剂量分别为9.86、19.73、39.45 g/kg);除空白对照组外,其他组均采用雌、孕激素负荷法复制子宫肌瘤大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠子宫肌层ER、PR和EGFR的表达及病理学改变。【结果】模型对照组大鼠子宫明显增大,子宫肌细胞排列紊乱,子宫肌层ER、PR和EGFR的表达均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);橘荔散结丸各剂量组子宫平滑肌排列趋于正常,子宫肌层ER、PR和EGFR的表达明显下降,其中中剂量组与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】橘荔散结丸治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机制可能与其能抑制子宫肌层ER、PR和EGFR的表达有关。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of tuili Sanjie pill on the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and histopathology in uterine leiomyoma model rats, Mechanism of action of Li Sanjiewan treating uterine fibroids. 【Methods】 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, western medicine control group (mifepristone, a dose of 4.7 mg / kg), Chinese medicine control group (Guizhi Fuling capsule, a dose of 0.52 g / kg), low, medium and high dose group of JLS (low, medium and high dose group, the dosage was 9.86, 19.73, 39.45 g / kg respectively); except the blank control group, Uterine fibroids rat model was replicated by progesterone loading method. The expression of ER, PR and EGFR in the myometrium of rats in each group were observed and pathological changes were observed. 【Results】 The expression of ER, PR and EGFR in the myometrium of the model control group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group (P <0.05) The uterine smooth muscle tended to be normal and the expression of ER, PR and EGFR in the myometrium was significantly decreased. There was a significant difference between the middle dose group and the model control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The mechanism of action of Tachyplegia of the Orange on treating uterine fibroids may be related to its inhibitory effect on the expression of ER, PR and EGFR in the myometrium.
