合理制定林价是发展林业商品经济、深化林业改革的基础。近年来,林价研究的重要性,已引起各方面的重视,最近《山西林业科技》(1988年第2期)发表了龚大受同志的“标准序列林价表的制定及其应用”一文(以下简称“标准”),我们研读后,结合实际工作中的体会,对我省林价的制定谈点看法,并与“标准”作者商榷。一、制定林价应遵循“一物一价法则”我们认为,同等条件的天然林和人工林应制定一个统一的林价,不能因为起源不同、投入不同,就分别制定两个价格。因为《马克思恩格斯选集》第2卷117页指出:“无论各个生产者的生产条件如何 The rational development of forest price is the basis for developing forestry commodity economy and deepening forestry reform.
