该文应用多普勒超声心动图来研究婴儿早期的心室舒张功能参数,以建立正常新生儿在左心室舒张功能成熟过程中的血流动力学参考值. 方法前瞻性研究了自出生1天～2岁的健康婴儿280例,其中资料完整的238例.另36例因在超声心动图上不能明确区别出二尖瓣的舒张早期血流速度峰值(E峰)和舒张晚期血流速度峰值(A峰),而予以剔除.还除外了那些在病历资料中提示有心血管功能障碍或在体检中有病理性
In this paper, Doppler echocardiography was used to study the parameters of early diastolic function in infants to establish the hemodynamic parameters of diastolic function in normal newborn infants.Methods Prospective study of hemodynamic parameters 280 healthy 2-year-old children, of which 238 cases of complete data.And the other 36 cases on the echocardiography can not clearly distinguish between mitral valve diastolic early peak blood flow (E peak) and diastolic peak flow velocity ( A peak), and to be removed.Also excluded those who prompted in the medical records of cardiovascular dysfunction or physical examination in the pathological
