本文采用协整检验,通过分析创新效率与经济增长的关系,剖析目前我国科技政策存在的问题,并突破以往就政策本身而论政策的建议方式,提出通过创新模式变革,寻找适应经济发展需求的科技政策体系建设理念和思路。
