胡耀邦同志在十二大报告中提出了到本世纪末我国工农业总产值翻两番的宏伟目标,并且提出了实现这一战略目标必须着重抓好的三大战略重点。其中,解决能源问题就是今后二十年内经济发展的战略重点之一。本文就为什么把能源作为经济建设的战略重点之一,以及如何解决能源问题,谈一点我们的学习体会。
Comrade Hu Yaobang raised the grand goal of quadrupling the gross industrial and agricultural output of our country by the end of this century in the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and put forward three major strategic priorities that must be addressed in order to achieve this strategic goal. Among them, solving the energy issue is one of the strategic priorities for economic development in the next two decades. This article on why the energy as one of the strategic priorities of economic construction, and how to solve the energy problem, talk about our learning experience.
