Objective To explore the effect of non-drug intervention on pre-diabetic patients. Methods Eighty-two patients with pre-diabetes who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 41 patients in each group. The patients who did not receive any treatment were set as the reference group, and the patients who received non-drug intervention for three months as the study group. Finally, the blood glucose control and compliance behaviors of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results By investigating two groups of patients, the glycemic control in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group, and the compliance with medical practice was also superior. The results of the intergroup analysis were statistically significant. Conclusion Pre-diabetes patients with non-drug intervention can effectively control the blood sugar in patients with clinical value.
