中华儿女,同胞同根,血脉相连,心心相通。这里记述的是香港姐妹无私援助河北省一个小山村妇女脱贫的故事。龙居村位于河北省满城县北部太行山麓,原是个小穷村,人均只有0.65亩地,且土层稀薄,任凭村民们常年耕种,粮食仍不能自给。再加上山路崎岖,缺水没电,使这个小山村隔断了与外部世界的联系。到90年代初,村民人均年收入只有200多元。改革开放后,龙居人不再安于半亩不毛之地上刨食,80年代末到90年代初,先后有200多名男劳力外出打工。1991年春,36岁的村妇代会主任贾俊.乔带领30多名青壮年妇女打眼放炮,炸开山河石,在100多亩荒山秃岭上硬是一锹一镐挖成了2000多个5尺见方的土坑,种上了2000多棵果树
