部颁电力建设施工及验收技术规范(管道焊缝超声波检验篇)审查会议于1983年8月在内蒙呼和浩特市召开。来自全国23个省、市(区)电力部门的专业技术人员以及劳动人事部无损检测中心的代表共49人参加了会议.近几年来,随着机组容量的提高,超声波探伤已成为厚壁管道焊缝质量检查的主要手段之一。我部新修订的电建规(火力发电厂焊接篇)SDJ51—82规定,高温高压管道焊缝须经过无损探伤,其比例数从25%到100%不等。目前,射线探伤已有标准,而管道焊缝则没有超声波探伤标准。为了适应电力工业无损探伤工作的需要,水电部基建
