[目的]研究新型农村合作医疗和定点医疗机构的相互影响关系,促进两者和谐发展。[方法]通过普查和抽样调查收集资料,对资料进行描述性分析和对比分析。[结果]医疗机构的服务量和收入增长明显,对医疗费用的控制也比较合理,而服务质量和效率的改善却不大。医疗机构参与新农合的管理和决策,有利于新农合的发展。[结论]新农合和定点医疗机构双方的和谐可持续性发展关键是要加强对定点医疗机构卫生服务提供行为的监管,进一步提高医疗机构的卫生服务质量和效率。
[Objective] To study the interaction between new rural cooperative medical system and designated medical institutions and to promote their harmonious development. [Methods] The data were collected through census and sample survey, and the data were descriptively analyzed and compared. [Results] The service volume and income of medical institutions increased obviously, the control on medical expenses was also more reasonable, and the improvement of service quality and efficiency was not significant. The participation of medical institutions in the management and decision-making of NCMS is in favor of the development of NCMS. [Conclusion] The key to the harmonious and sustainable development of both new rural cooperative medical institutions and designated medical institutions is to strengthen the supervision of health service delivery in designated medical institutions and to further improve the quality and efficiency of health services in medical institutions.
