目的 了解哮喘儿童缓解期气道反应性 ,为诊治提供依据。方法 对 5 7例缓解期哮喘儿行肺功能及组织胺激发试验 ,测定FVC ,FEV1,PEF ,FEF0 .2 5%~ 0 .75% ,FEF50 % 。结果 在吸入组织胺后 6项指标均降低 ,均值与实验前比较有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。再吸入 β2 激动剂喘乐宁气雾剂后均能恢复到实验前数值 ,仅PEF不能完全恢复。激发试验阳性 5 0例 (87.7% ) ,阴性 7例 (12 .3% )。有 4例在长期吸入皮质激素控制发作后10个月和 1年复查仍为阳性反应。结论 哮喘病人症状控制后气道高反应性仍然存在 ,提示早期、长时间吸入皮质激素控制气道炎症很有必要
Objective To understand the airway reactivity in asthmatic children during remission and to provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Pulmonary function tests and histamine stimulation tests were performed on 57 children with remission asthma. FVC, FEV1, PEF and FEF0.25% -0.75% and FEF50% were measured. Results After instillation of histamine, all six indexes decreased, with a significant difference (P <0.01). After inhalation of β2 agonist Chuanleining aerosol can be restored to the value before the experiment, only PEF can not be completely restored. Excitation test positive 50 cases (87.7%), negative 7 cases (12.3%). Four patients remained positive at 10 months and 1 year after long-term inhaled corticosteroid control seizures. Conclusions Airway hyperresponsiveness still exists after the symptom control in asthmatic patients, suggesting that early or prolonged inhalation of corticosteroids is necessary to control airway inflammation
