细胞外基质(ECM)在肾小球硬化中的作用已成为热门话题,作为ECN的主要成分-Ⅳ型胶原也受到广泛重视。目前发现Ⅳ型胶原在肾小球硬化时合成及分泌明显增加;在Alport综合征及Goodpasture综合征存在Ⅳ型胶原链基因突变或结构异常,本文就Ⅳ型胶原分子结构、编码基因、在肾组织中的分布以及Ⅳ型胶原在肾脏疾病中的改变加以综述。
