进度管理是建筑工程管理中非常重要的关键环节,进度管理的水平也可以代表这整个建筑单位的工程管理的水平。然而进度管理的最主要的目的就是在保证了工程质量的同时也在提高建筑工程管理的效率,即优质高效的完成了建筑施工任务。目前,建筑上的进度管理已经成为了一个建筑单位的最主要的核心竞争力之一,然而科学有效的施工进度管理将会给建筑单位带来非常好的经济效益,并且也提高了建筑单位在市场上的竞争力,也渐渐加强施工单位的工程进度的力度,并且提高了工程进度管理水平具有必要性和重要性。本文章主要探讨建筑施工单位施工进度管理的重要性,而且就施工进度管理在建筑单位建筑工程管理中的有效应用。
