新生儿颅内出血的Ｂ超筛查（附５６８例结果分析）晋中地区第一人民医院（０３０６００）韩杰，郭志威，李雪梅，陈虹，马润仙山西省纺织工业学校崔叶兰为了解Ｂ超对新生儿颅内出血的筛查价值、新生儿脑室正常值及胎吸助产儿脑Ｂ超声像特点，特进行本项研究，现将结果报告如下。资料和方法１．研究对象：本院产科１９９２年１２月～１９９３年６月出生的新生儿共５６８例，平均孕周３９．４７（３０～４５）周，平均出生体重３．１４±０．４９（１．８５～４．５０）公斤，男：女为１．１４：１。其中正常产３７５例，剖宫产１０５例，胎头吸引４２例，臂位及臂牵引３９例，急产３例，滞产１例。宫内窘迫２４例，重度窒息３２例，轻度窒息６１例。２；检查方法：使用ＥＵＢ－４０型扇形和ＳＣ－２００型线阵形实时Ｂ超诊断仪。两者探头频率均为３．５ＭＨ７，参照各野定之［１］介绍的方法，经前囟作冠状面积和矢状面扫描。用Ｓ２测量脑室宽度，Ｃ２测量第３脑室宽度，扫描时部分用Ｊ１５型录像机记录。部分Ｂ超异常者同期使用ＭＡＸ—６４０型体部ＣＴ描机做头颅横断面扫描，层厚一般ｌｃｍ。对死亡者进行尸检。临床情况详细填写《新生儿颅脑病变调查登记表》。首次检查均在生后３天内，对可疑及异常

Data and methods 1. Participants: 568 newborn infants born in our hospital from December 1992 to June 1993 with an average gestational age of 39.47 (30-45) weeks, with an average birth weight of 3.14 ± 0.49 (1.85 ~ 4.50) kg, male: female 1.14: 1. Among them, 375 were normal, 105 were cesarean, 42 were fetal heads, 39 were brachial and arm traction, 3 were emergency and 1 was delayed. 24 cases of intrauterine distress, 32 cases of severe asphyxia, 61 cases of mild asphyxia. 2; Inspection method: The use of EUB-40 fan-shaped and SC-200 line-shaped real-time B-ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. The probe frequency of both are 3.5MH7, with reference to the various methods of the wild set [1], the coronal area and sagittal plane scan by the anterior fontanel. The width of the ventricle was measured with S2, the width of the third ventricle was measured with C2, and part of the scan was recorded with a J15 video recorder.
